Work schedule today left me working out at 2pm and my first meal was at 3pm. I don’t think I ate enough yesterday, so my recovery might not be very good, we’ll see.
Did last week’s endurance workout on the rower. Starting next week, I’m going to only focus on endurance twice per week and do the rest of the weekly wod’s.
Was a “rest” day, so I just did the day’s workout and pedaled on the Airdyne for the last 23 minutes. With 10 minutes to go, I went hard for 30 seconds then slow for 90.
Slow day on water. Finished at 8pm!
Was totally pouring when I went on my morning walk. Got a bit wet, but my flimsy umbrella deflected most of it.
Left the house twice today. Once for a meeting at CHESS and the other to get the sensor replaced on my truck for the tire, so work suffered a bit, since I wasn’t going to miss any 75Hard commitments.
Workout was hard today. Did a short endurance workout on the rower, followed by a 12 AMRAP of 30 double unders and 9 back squats.
Whew, I’m exhausted at 8:30.
Installed the Streaks app to track my daily 75Hard tasks. It’s got some great interaction with Siri Shortcuts who’ve I’m excited to try out.
Recovery day. Exercise was two 2.5 mile walks. Enjoyed the time by engaging my mind with some great podcasts.
Two weeks down, two months to go. Down just over 9 pounds from where I started at 224.9. Goal for the challenge is get back to ~195.
Weekends are always a bit of a challenge when it comes to personal time 🙂
Today I was able to start the day with a 2.5 mile walk (right at 45 minutes), then I had a 45 minute double Street Parking workout (Endurance – Bike and Jackie retest, which was 0:50 seconds faster than three weeks ago!).
Then outside to mow and trim for 90 minutes, followed directly into pool party.
My Whoop strain was it’s highest its ever been at 16.0. Now to get 16.1 some day #goals.
I held off from eating of the junk (especially cookies and cake) at the birthday party and am exhausted. In bed by 8:30pm for me today.
Another non-challenging day to hit all the tasks. Stayed home all day and had no temptations.
Early AM walk, then some productive work, then hard rowing interval workout and I was done.
Weekends are a bit more of a struggle (just finding 90 minutes to workout with my kids around all the time 🙂
Double walk day, since the Street Parking Challenge requires a rest day today.
On my evening walk, the sky was magnificent. I just enjoyed it and didn’t try to take a picture 🙂
Feeling great and loving the results!
Wow, 10 days completed. That went by kinda quick.
Loving the early morning time walking and listening to podcasts. And I’ve been focusing hard on cardio.
Today I did an endurance workout on the bike and the daily wod for Street Parking.
Looking to get a good night’s sleep and get another green whoop recovery.
Still loving this challenge – a great goal to work towards.
Felt a bit hungrier today. Still fasting until at least noon and eating as much whole food as I can until 8pm. Down 8 pounds so far.
