75Hard – Day 19

Work schedule today left me working out at 2pm and my first meal was at 3pm. I don’t think I ate enough yesterday, so my recovery might not be very good, we’ll see.

Did last week’s endurance workout on the rower. Starting next week, I’m going to only focus on endurance twice per week and do the rest of the weekly wod’s.

75Hard – Day 13

Weekends are always a bit of a challenge when it comes to personal time 🙂

Today I was able to start the day with a 2.5 mile walk (right at 45 minutes), then I had a 45 minute double Street Parking workout (Endurance – Bike and Jackie retest, which was 0:50 seconds faster than three weeks ago!).

Then outside to mow and trim for 90 minutes, followed directly into pool party.

My Whoop strain was it’s highest its ever been at 16.0. Now to get 16.1 some day #goals.

I held off from eating of the junk (especially cookies and cake) at the birthday party and am exhausted. In bed by 8:30pm for me today.
